Conor Pacific Development Inc.(CPDI)

Conor Pacific Development Inc.(CPDI) is in the business of acquiring, managing and operating real estate assets. CPDI's holdings currently consist of an industrial building in Mississauga, Ontario and a shopping centre in Cochrane, Alberta, a bedroom community to Calgary. These properties were formerly distressed properties. CPDI successfully refitted and tenanted the buildings to surface value. CPDI is actively searching for additional opportunities.

Conor Pacific has advanced the necessary capital to CPDI to fund the required working capital. These advances are being repaid out of free cash flow. Once repaid, free cash flow will be warehoused and used to provide the necessary capital to acquire additional properties.

The Mississauga property consists of a 72,000 square foot facility located on 8.0 acres of land. Following a muti-million-dollar environmental cleanup and building restoration program, the building is now 85% leased to Atomic Energy Canada and the Federal Government.

Cochrane Towne Square is a 40,575 square foot shopping centre on 4.4 acres located in Cochrane, Alberta. The centre is 91% leased. The centre is shadow anchored by Safeway and Canadian Tire stores. Our 50% of the tenants are national tenants.
